Complex care for future mothers from the start of pregnancy to delivery, including high-risk pregnancies Basic and specialized ultrasound scans – screening a diagnosis of congenital fetal defects in the the 1st , 2nd and 3rd trimester (chromosomal and structural defects), screening for Down syndrome in the 1st trimester by a FMF specialized sonographer, detailed genetic scan, fetal echocardiography, early detection of an abnormal development in early pregnancy (abnormal early embryological development, extra-uterine pregnancy), early detection of complications that are putting the fetus into danger (impaired fetal growth, increased risk of preterm delivery, abnormal placental position and morbidly adherent placenta) 3D-4D ultrasound scans on request Invasive tests in case of increased risk of fetal chromosomal defects – CVS (chorionic villus sampling at 11. -14. weeks) or amniocentesis (from 15 weeks onwards) Non-invasive NIP tests (Panorama) In case of in-patient care, its organisation in perinatal centre
